The Scenic Route: This 90-minute workshop shifts the focus from the final shape to the journey getting there. Through creative entries, exits, and transitions, you’ll discover new pathways to familiar tricks—adding fluidity, intention, and a few unexpected moments along the way!
Pre- reqs: Solid pull over to front balance, hip key, bent or straight leg straddle invert from the air, bent or straight arm hold for 15 seconds.
